– Meeting protocol overview
* Please put your questions in chat and we will address them in the order received.
* Please keep your microphone muted to avoid background noise.
* Nominations for election will be taken during first 30 minutes of meeting.
* The election voting window is open 7pm Tuesday Feb 23rd to 8pm Wednesday Feb 24th
* Election results will be announced by end of day Feb 28th on www.midtownphillips.org

Elections
– Review open board seats and Accept nominations

Midtown Phillips is comprised of 6 districts and the boundaries are between East 24th Street to the north, East Lake Street to the south, Bloomington Avenue to the east, and Chicago Avenue to the west.
- Candidates must live, own property, or represent a business or organization
within the neighborhood boundaries as listed below.
- Only one vote permitted per business or organization.
- Must be 18 years old.
- See Bylaws below for full member description.

• Midtown Phillips Board President–1-year term (anywhere in Midtown Phillips)
• District 1–2-year term: 24th-26th & Chicago to 12th Avenue
• District 3–2-year term: 26th-28th & Chicago to 12th Avenue
• District 5–2-year term: 28th-Lake & Chicago to 12th Avenue
• At Large Representative–1-year term (anywhere in Midtown Phillips)
• At Large Representative–2-year term (anywhere in Midtown Phillips)
• At Large Representative–2-year term (anywhere in Midtown Phillips)
