— Request for Midtown Phillips to create ‘Safety & Awareness’ Committee The Neighborhood Crime and Livability Committee is intended to be an active committee of MPNAI that develops and promotes crime prevention programs, promotes cooperation with local law enforcement and awareness of methods to prevent crime, as well as hold Elected Officials and prosecutors office accountable regarding crime and livability prevention programs. We will seek to raise the awareness of the impact on the community of decisions made by the council and others.
